Thursday & Friday, November 6th & 7th - 4:00-7:00pm
Clothing Rack Transport
(Wed. afternoon or Thurs. AM)
Uses a personal vehicle to pick-up clothing racks at designated location and drop off to event space.
Hostesses
Greet and assist sellers at the door and check-in area, providing support with tasks such as carrying gear, locating open check-out stations, and guiding them through QR code use.
Tagger
​Supports the intake team by ensuring all incoming items are properly tagged and accurately labeled. Verifies that sale items match their tag descriptions and secures tags using the appropriate methods for each type of gear brought in by sellers.
Gear Intake Organizers/Runners
Receive gear from taggers and place all sale items on the sales floor in an organized and orderly manner. Also assist vendors with unloading their items and setting them up on the sales floor.
Day of Sale
Saturday, November 8th - 8:30am-2:00pm
Tag Puller
Stays at the front of the check-out line, removing or noting tag numbers and passing them to the next available register team member to keep the line moving smoothly.
Guest Assistants
Assist customers find and fit gear and make sure everything stays neat and organized by condensing merchandise as items sell.
Racking & Clean-up Crew
To assist with racking tear-down, organization, and general clean-up to prepare materials for our crew to pick up.
Check Pick-Up Day
Sunday, November 9th - 8:30am-2:00pm
Gear Transport Volunteer
Uses a personal vehicle to deliver remaining gear to designated donation sites such as Goodwill or Overtime Sports after the event.
Gear Return Runner
Matches tags and item descriptions for unsold gear and delivers them to the next available register team member to maintain an efficient check-out flow.
Clothing Rack Transport
Uses a personal vehicle to pick-up clothing racks at event space (after event is complete) and drop off to designated location.
