Lessons and Leagues Coordinator
We are seeking a passionate, organized, and energetic Lessons and Leagues Coordinator to oversee our ski and snowboard lesson programs as well as youth and adult private lessons. This person will play a vital role in ensuring that our lessons and leagues are safe, inclusive, well-organized, and fun—upholding the spirit and mission of Mulligan’s Hollow to make winter sports accessible to all.

The Lessons and Leagues Coordinator is a seasonal role under the direction of the Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate all ski and snowboard lessons and league activities.

Serve as the main point of contact for instructors, participants, and families.

Manage participant registrations, rosters, and communications.

Recruit, train, schedule, and support ski and snowboard instructors and league leaders.

Ensure all instructors are properly certified or trained to provide quality instruction.

Provide clear and timely communication to parents, guardians, and participants regarding schedules, weather delays, cancellations, and program expectations.

Be present during lessons and league times to ensure smooth operations and address any immediate needs.

Monitor participant safety and incident response protocol, working with staff as necessary.

Track program data, attendance, feedback, and evaluations.

Contribute to ongoing program improvements based on community needs and feedback.
Requirements

Experience in program coordination, recreation, education, or outdoor leadership strongly preferred.

Background in skiing or snowboarding (instruction experience is a plus).

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage a dynamic schedule in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Enthusiastic about community engagement and outdoor winter sports.

CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Must be available evenings and weekends during the ski season.
