Jamie Walter
Director of Snow Making Infrastructure
Jamie joined the board of directors to help ensure that his son and other kids in thecommunity would have a place to learn and hone their abilities. Growing up in Grand Haven, Jamie knows how important a place Mulligans Hollow is and the positive impact it can have on kids and families. Whether it’s to make new friends, to challenge themselves to learn something new, to be outside in nature, or to provide them with the opportunity of a first job, these are just a handful of the ways that Mulligans Hollow is making a difference!
After learning to alpine ski (then snowboard) at the Ski Bowl, Jamie moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming where he lived and telemark skied for 15 years. There he met and married Lisa Walter, who is also an avid supporter of Mulligan Hollow. Volunteering every winter to help make sure the events run smoothly, but you will also often see Lisa tending the fire pit or organizing the ski racks. Together they have a son Jameson, who started skiing at Mulligans at the age of 2 but converted to snowboarding when he was 9.
